↩️ Returns & Refunds | سياسة الاسترجاع

• Timeframe: Customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order.

يمكن طلب استرداد الأموال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging.

• Deductions: Refund amounts will be issued minus the original shipping fees.

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the transfer will be processed within 7 working days.

• Timeframe: Size exchanges are accepted within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the order.

يُقبل استبدال المقاسات خلال يوم واحد فقط من استلام الطلب.

• Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

يجب إرجاع المنتج بحالته الأصلية وبتغليفه دون أي تلف.

• Shipping Fees: The customer is fully responsible for covering the exchange shipping fees.

يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن القطعة المستبدلة بالكامل.

• Special Circumstances: If you are traveling or have exceptional circumstances, please inform us immediately upon receipt to discuss possible accommodations.
